Secret Santa database released

Secret Santa icon No more spreadsheets and pulling names out of a hat!

Organising the department's Secret Santa was something to avoid - there would ALWAYS be problems... Why not use Notes to build and manage the participant list, randomly select secret santas and email the participants?

Using Lotus Notes security, individuals will only see appropriate details and the organiser will be able to keep up to date with everybody's purchases. All lists are held in one database - there's even the ability for someone to organise many secret santas, so one lucky person could deal with all of the departments within the organisation!

Mail List v2.1.1 released

Mail List icon AT LAST - Mailing lists without all the fuss!

Does this sound familiar? Then Mail List v2.1.1 Could be just what your organisation needs!

nSyg released

nSyg icon Easy email signatures.

Lets face it, Lotus Notes does most things well. Very well. One area that does seem to be lacking is in email signatures. Users are limited to a "one-size fits all" free text or importing a dodgy HTML file written by Jeremy in accounts 3 years ago.
nSyg can help manage more than one signature per user (PA's generally look after more than one manager) as well as provide an easy method of setting an organisation standard.
